Jessie takes home three AWA Awards in Fort Worth

Yellow roses receives 2024 Western Country Album of the year

Jessie Jessie’s fifth original album, “Yellow Roses,” was recently named the 2024 “Best Western Country Album” by the Academy of Western Artists at the ceremony at Billy Bobs in Fort Worth, Texas on December 2nd.  Her song “Hard on Things,” was named “Best Western Country Song” and “Red Barns and People Get Old” received the “Best Western Music Video” Award from the AWA as well.

Inspired by generational stories of rural living and rootsy instrumentation, Jessie breathes life into music that celebrates and tells the unsung stories of middle America, proving how capable and trustworthy she has become as a voice for the people in her rural community.

"Edie is an artist"

Edie is an Artist tells the story of Edie, a young girl who loves to draw but struggles with perfectionism. While her mother celebrates her imaginative creations—like a goldfish with pink hair and other colorful creatures—Edie becomes frustrated when her drawings don’t match how she thinks things should look in the real world. She nearly gives up art because of this. Through encouragement, she learns that art isn’t about perfect accuracy, but about creativity and imagination. By the end, Edie embraces her unique perspective and joyfully returns to creating whimsical, imaginative drawings.
